Summary
The Project Administrator will be involved in new real estate developments throughout Southern California. The Project Administrator position will primarily provide administrative and project management support to BRIDGE’s Real Estate Development team in Southern California.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with a wide variety of development-related duties
- Assist with financial, legal, insurance, due diligence, and construction-related activities associated with the real estate development process, including real estate transactions, loan closings, funding applications, draw preparation and review process, entitlements, construction document coordination, and other activities
- Assist with preparation of feasibility analyses and real estate information research
- Assist in completing applications in response to Requests for Proposals / Qualifications
- Assist in contract preparation, invoice processing, and change order requests
- Facilitate communication and workflow between team members
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, etc.
- Maintain efficient and organized filing systems
- Perform other duties as may be required to and appropriate to further BRIDGE’s mission

1–2 years of experience in affordable housing, community development, urban planning, finance, and / or real estate developmentKnowledge of local, state, and federal housing financing programsPrevious experience preparing graphic materialsPhysical Requirements
