The Pollardwater division of Ferguson Waterworks is a leading supplier of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products, specializing in tools, equipment, and supplies for municipal water and wastewater operations throughout North America. Since 1837, Pollardwater's team of industry experts focuses on providing superior customer service and solutions for a wide variety of industry needs. We are seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative focused on customer support and satisfaction.

This position is hybrid from 10 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm and will work onsite 3 full days in Newport News, VA.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales and Project Managers associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Provides customer with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
• Manage and complete tasks from a shared inbox.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.

Pay Range : $18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
