WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Box\'s People Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining world-class talent. We do that by fostering an environment that keeps Boxers growing, productive, and thriving. The People Partner function is an integral part of the People Team. We are looking for a consultative, dynamic, and hands-on business partner to help us scale the business and innovative culture with our Build Global teams (Product & Engineering). In addition to being a business partner to senior leaders of the Build organization, you will be managing multiple people projects to continue our focus to develop our people programs that excite and retain Boxers. This role will be based in Redwood City and will report into one of our Sr. Director, People Partners.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

Serve as a partner to senior business leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.

Execute the implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, inclusive culture) within assigned business units.

Partner with executive stakeholders to design and drive talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent across global teams.

Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, organizational design, and team restructures while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk mitigation practices.

Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.

Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.

Work closely with Employee Relations Partners on employee relations issues.

Ideally, you have over 2 years of experience as an HR / People Business Partner experience or adjacent role within a large-scale, global tech organization.

Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.

Must be able to flex work style - strategic, operational and tactical - and partner effectively across functional teams, and employee levels.

Actual base salary (or OTE if commissionable role) is dependent upon factors such as knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. United States Pay Range : $118,000 — $143,000 USD
