Job Summary And Responsibilities

Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN ) to join our dynamic Medical Surgical Acute Care team. In this vital role, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, using your expertise to coordinate, supervise, and implement evidence-based practices. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments, carefully monitoring patient responses.
• Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and their families, actively involving them in their care.
• Conduct regular patient rounds, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
• Supervise and guide other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and ethical practice, adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
