We are looking for the best and brightest to join our program planning team and help transform the way we deliver relevant content to each customer. CVS Health is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for driving business results. As a member of the team, you will help to manage the increasingly competitive and sometimes conflicting demands across multiple programs and direct-to-customer channels. You will develop strong relationships with marketing strategists, marketing operations, and others to optimize the planning process and build an understanding of the business, our customers and goals. You will help consolidate multiple strategies into a cohesive, executable plan. You will present your plans to gain alignment and drive teams towards flawless execution. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing many projects simultaneously and partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders. He / she will be highly organized yet flexible, have a strong attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $43,888.00 - $93,574.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
