We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Core HR Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role focuses on the development, customization, and integration of Oracle Cloud Core HR solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, this position offers the opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects while advancing your expertise in ERP systems.

Responsibilities :

• Customize and enhance Oracle Cloud Core HR modules using tools like Fast Formulas and Oracle Extract.
• Develop and maintain integrations leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud and APIs.
• Provide technical support for the deployment and post-implementation phases of Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document technical designs and workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing of integrations to guarantee reliability and compliance.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud advancements to implement best practices.
• Oversee the configuration and management of system changes and updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud development, specifically within Core HR.
• Proven track record of completing three or more full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, PL / SQL, Java, and Oracle Data Loader.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system debugging and optimization.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, onshore environment, preferably within the Central Time Zone.
• Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, or agile methodologies is a plus.
