Position Overview

As a Remote Bilingual Call Center Agent, you’ll be the voice of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email — a full omni-channel environment. You’ll assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, service and product details, membership information, simple username / password reset troubleshooting, and light upselling.

All customer interactions are in both English and Spanish. Fluency in both languages is required.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls , chat, and email support
• Answer general account and billing questions
• Assist with simple troubleshooting (username / password resets)
• Provide product and membership information
• Upsell services when appropriate
• Deliver empathetic, exceptional customer service
• De-escalate calls professionally when needed
• Manage 70–120 calls per shift
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture — even remotely!
