Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, customer service, and staff management.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
- Managing inventory and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Supervising and training staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting to the General Manager and providing regular updates on business performance.
