Carefully prepare ingredients like batter, dough, and toppings. Use baking tools and equipment to create and assemble baked goods. Ensure stunning presentation for all pastries and desserts. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized. Properly store ingredients and finished goods to maintain freshness. Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to the team. Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Experience : Proven experience as a baker or cook. Skills : Strong teamwork, excellent communication, and proficiency with baking tools and equipment. Attributes : A positive attitude, the ability to follow sanitation procedures and multitasking skills.
