The ideal Gutter Installer candidate will possess :

• Positive attitude
• Desire to grow with the company
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience with exterior home improvement, carpentry, or other relevant construction experience is required
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions / seasons
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services / installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not required!
• Willingness to work overtime
• A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
• A great sense of humor
• OSHA certification and / or ladder safety training preferred

Gutter Installer Compensation :

Hourly Position ($20-$26) - Starting salary based on experience
