job_description.job_card.job_description$125,000–$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses) Average monthly earnings : $10,000–$18,000 Weekly pay structure Paid training included Monday–Friday : Appointments at 1pm & 6pm and occasionally 10am as well Saturday : 10am and 2pm appointments Sales meetings : Ongoing daily Field-based role (drive 30 - 90 mins to confirmed appointments) 3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience Strong communication & presentation skills Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software) iPad required (purchase through us is available)
Earn $125,000 - $200,000 per year - No Cold Calling.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls)
- Guide customers through roof inspections, options, and pricing
- Help homeowners make informed, confident decisions
- Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week
- Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training
