The Successful Candidate Will . . .

  • Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
  • Provide on-call emergency service.
  • Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
  • Deliver and pick-up chemicals.
  • Build rapport with decision makers.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.

    • Requirements : Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations :

  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, physical position.
  • Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Driving or mechanical experience preferred
  • May be required to ascend / descend stairs at the branch and customer locations.
