Substation Construction Manager - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Traveling Solar Substation Construction Manager to oversee the ground-up construction of solar substations across the country.

This is a direct-hire, long-term position, paying an annual salary up to $160,000 / yr, plus $200 / day in per diem!

Duties :

• Manage and oversee all aspects of substation construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and utility representatives to ensure proper project execution.
• Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring progress and addressing potential delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NESC, NEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement and logistics of materials, equipment, and labor resources. Organizing final submittals, performing field inspections, review commissioning testing.
• Supervising substation energization.
• Manage Electronic Schedules.
