Job Description :

Unilux Brand We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will become the face of our company, serving as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
