- This position will require occasional travel throughout the North Carolina region
This position serves as the first contact for families and agencies inquiring about ABA Therapy services from Lighthouse. Provides resources for families by being the liaison between potential new families and the LAC team. Responsible for ensuring centers meet expectations with client numbers and tours.
Responsibilities :
Maintains initial point of contact for all families inquiring about ABA services by answering calls, emails, and social media posts.Keeps up to date and accurate customer information in Pipedrive system as new families move through the intake process.Responsible for staying in contact with families from beginning to the end of intake.Participate and drive the weekly "Active Leads Meeting" by being organized with reports, tours numbers, and general information on families.Handles client conflicts in a respectful, professional manner by being reassuring, empathetic during challenging situations.Participates in community events and expos.Welcoming and encouraging to families during all interactions.Supports office duties by filling in for receptionist as need.Planning LAC events and conference registrations for team.Position includes occasional evening and weekend work related activities.Requires reliable transportation, traveling to other centers 50% of time.Qualifications :
Degree from accredited university in communication, marketing, is preferredProven success in customer relationsProfessional level verbal, written, communication skillsCompetent in technology including Excel & Word formatsFlexible, creative, and possessing excellent time management skillsHighly organized and detail orientedPatient, compassionate, and ability to overcome adversityValid driver's license and reliable transportationRequirements :
