job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEstimate costs for multi-family and commercial construction projects Support and communicate with Project Management team Develop and manage customer relationships Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project proposals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction codes and regulations Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required Proven experience in estimating multi-family and / or commercial projects Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects (time management skills) Dedicated to consistently enhancing processes, systems, and methods (continuous improvement) Familiarity with MS Project and / or Bluebeam software Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
