TEST AND BALANCE / CLEANROOM TECHNICIAN The Test and Balance / Cleanroom Technician will perform preventative maintenance, in addition to certified testing, correcting, and balancing specialized heating, and cooling of ventilation systems of large local commercial areas.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities :

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform certifications for fume hoods and bio-safety cabinets.
• Measure and document both viable and non-viable particulates.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot various air handling systems, exhaust systems, ductwork, and fluid flow equipment associated with commercial and industrial HVAC applications.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and service requests Review and analyze data for reporting.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other tasks and duties as they arise.
• Interest and ability to join local union.
