Location : Hybrid position requiring up to 50% travel for client engagements across the Americas. Candidates residing within 25 miles of a DXC office will work onsite two days per week. Overview : The AMS Portfolio Operations Leader serves as the driving force behind AMS operational excellence portfolio evolution and talent development. This strategic role is responsible for developing AMS capabilities optimizing delivery models and ensuring the AMS offering remains competitive and aligned with industry trends. The Capability Leader will build strong diverse teams foster skill advancement and drive market differentiation through innovative service design.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the AMS capability roadmap aligning with industry trends and client transformation needs.
• Develop and maintain robust delivery models talent development programs and knowledge management strategies.
• Drive portfolio growth through market analysis offering innovation and multi-portfolio alignment.
• Lead engagement with strategic partners technology alliances and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ensure AMS teams are equipped with cutting-edge skills certifications and tools to maximize client impact.
