Coach and develop managers and crews to outperform

10+ years in residential roofing leadership

Proven success coaching canvassing teams

Strong sales, negotiation, and team-building skills

KPI-focused with solid reporting / Excel experience

Hands-on leader—comfortable both on the roof and in meetings

Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed
