AP Specialist

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate : $25-$28 per hour

Duration : Temporary Assignment

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs and ACH payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate AP records and assist with month-end close.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
