What You’ll Do
- Recruit top compliance professionals for consulting and contract roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and closing.
- Partner with business development to fill client needs quickly and accurately.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of ready-to-deploy candidates.
- Stay sharp on compliance trends, regulations, and market demand.
- Deliver exceptional service that keeps both clients and candidates coming back.
