Summary

The Operational Readiness Project Manager is responsible for leading projects that support Mary Free Beds mission of restoring hope and freedom through rehabilitation. This role will coordinate the planning and execution of new facility openings new program launches and operational readiness efforts. The Project Manager works closely with operational leaders clinical teams and support services to ensure seamless go-live execution staff training and readiness across all functions.

Customer Service Responsibilities

Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions. Promote patient / family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.
