Amity Bible Church is a Christ-centered, mission-driven church committed to becoming the church as Christ intended it to be. We are seeking a Director of Operations / Administration to join our Executive Leadership Team and guide the church into its next chapter of growth, operational excellence, and spiritual impact.

This individual will partner closely with the Senior Pastor to lead staff, oversee administrative systems, manage finances, and support ministry operations. Its a role for someone with strong leadership experience, sound judgment, and a heart for servant leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with the Senior Pastor's vision
• Manage and develop staff across departments, fostering unity and accountability
• Oversee financial management, budget preparation, and reporting to Trustees
• Optimize internal systems, policies, and procedures
• Provide oversight of facilities and vendor management
• Conduct performance evaluations and guide professional development
• Improve internal communications and operational efficiency across ministries
• Assess church health using data and provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications :

Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or seminary education preferred

Experience in a multi-staff church environment strongly preferred

Willingness to become an Amity Steward (church member)

Schedule & Compensation :

Full-time, on-site role based in Richardson, TX

Weekend and holiday availability required

Salary range : $65,000-$75,000
