Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a highly skilled accounting professional with a strong background in the construction industry and hands-on experience with Deltek. You will lead accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting during a critical period.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and team activities.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership on financial planning.
  • Utilize Deltek for accounting and project cost management.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and construction industry accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Deltek is required.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
