We are a boutique residential real estate brokerage seeking a Licensed Showing Agent to assist our Broker with showing appointments and client coordination. This is a great opportunity for licensed agents looking to gain valuable experience, earn immediate income, and grow their career alongside an established, high-performing team.
Languages Needed :
- Russian, Spanish, or French fluency is a plus.
- English fluency is required.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule and conduct property showings on behalf of the BrokerAssist in setting up, confirming, and managing showing appointmentsCommunicate professionally with clients, listing agents, and team membersFollow up on all showings and provide timely feedbackEnsure a seamless, concierge-level showing experience for clientsRepresent the brokerage with professionalism, courtesy, and integrityRequirements :
