As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’re Stockton’s connectivity matchmaker—pairing residents with affordable wireless plans during street fairs, housing events, and back-to-school rallies. The Entry Level Account Manager uses real-time data to tailor their pitch, build trust on the spot, and prove that account management can happen with a folding table and a winning smile.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager
Promote wireless service plans and devices at community activations, guiding customers through product selection and enrollment workflows.
Manage account lifecycles by tracking lead flow, service activations, and campaign outcomes using CRM platforms and structured outreach processes.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer preferences, service milestones, and engagement activity to support retention strategies and accurate reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service challenges, align messaging, and ensure timely delivery of connectivity solutions.
Participate in training sessions and performance evaluations to strengthen leadership skills and build expertise in event‑driven service promotion.
Analyze account trends and customer insights to identify upsell opportunities, support renewal planning, and enhance customer‑value initiatives.
