Within our global environment, the Program Performance Management Specialist (Sr PPM Spec) provides contract / program cost and / or schedule management and analysis for new and mature programs typically valued up to $10M per year. As an individual contributor taking direction from a manager or team lead, you’ll develop the program time-phased cost and / or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team along with analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract / program Estimate at Complete and / or schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

What you bring to the table :
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or a Master's degreeProficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPointEarned Value Management (EVM), Program Performance Management (PPM), or scheduling tool knowledge is required; solid knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principlesHighly proficient organizational, analysis, and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi-task high prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, PowerPoint, WordExperience in coordination of program requirements across planning stages with multiple subcontractorsDomain knowledge in program and / or product life cycle and financial processesRepresentative duties and tasks :
This position is responsible for providing contract / program cost and / or schedule management and analysis related to established or new development programs for major component or small system, or production or logistics programsSingle or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per yearThe analyst will develop the program cost and / or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program teamThe analyst will analyze program performance (historical and predictive), and monitor the contract / program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leadsDevelops the time-phased budget in conjunction with program team to meet all contract and program objectivesCollects and updates full program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, and reviews results and recommendations with program manager and program leadsIntegrates subcontractor cost and / or schedule data and / or material data into program dataEnsures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated and resolves network logic conflictsApplies advanced schedule techniques and analysis (health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis)Analyzes critical path and driving paths to identify and manage schedule riskPrepares timely, accurate program review documentsPresents documents to appropriate audiencePrepares timely, accurate customer required documents and reviews with program manager and department managerCoordinates contract / program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance organization as input into business financial commitmentsUpdates program time-phased budget and / or schedule and associated documents to ensure latest contract modifications and related requirements are incorporatedApplies key areas of the Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to develop executable processes for supported programs and lead program teams in their implementationDefines requirements to solve common business problemsNOTE :
This position can be supported remotely but proximity to Scottsdale to attend meetings, etc is ideal.
