Summary The Workforce Development Project Manager oversees multiple aspects of training project management, including student recruitment and retention, placement assessment, and logistics. This role will also provide ongoing oversight and reporting on training programs, field audits, quality management, and training deployment. The individual hired for this position will aid team members in grant writing, and grant management / compliance.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Training, and
Development, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or program coordination, or related work experience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills. MS Project skills are a plus. Knowledge of and experience in workforce education.Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, vendors,clients, and partners.Sensitivity to socially and ethnically diverse communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Spanish fluency a plus.
