Job Description
Essential / Primary Job Duties :
- Serve as a liaison between IT, Operations and the business line to analyze non-standard business and user needs, document requirements and resolve complex system problems
- Coordinate and support new and existing applications
- Research, identify and develop solutions to problems
- Involved in the planning, testing, implementation and documentation of system enhancements and conversions
- Identify system enhancements, document business needs and determine impact to current system processing
- Work with programmers and business partners to ensure accuracy of enhancements
- Facilitate meetings with business partners to extract information, ideas and thoughts; ensure all involved reach a cohesive decision
- Communicate upcoming changes to business partners and assist with training efforts
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
- Act as team leader for projects
- Plan and work flexibly to a deadline
- Other duties as assigned
Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience
