Your New Role : As a Surgical Technologist I, you will be pivotal in creating a clean and safe space for optimal patient care. You will assist in various surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and anticipating the needs of the surgical team.

Schedule Details : This is a full-time evening shift position, with 8 or 10-hour shifts available. You may also have an on-call requirement, which typically involves overnight call. A $10,000 SIGN-ON Bonus is available, along with a $2,000 bonus for PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures while employing aseptic techniques.
• Set up the operating room for each case and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the process.
• Function as a Second Assistant as needed and maintain communication regarding equipment and supply needs.
• Handle patient transportation and positioning, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient needs and provide appropriate care.

Qualifications :

Physical Requirements : You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, perform various lifting and transferring tasks, and use necessary personal protective equipment. This role requires functional sight and hearing abilities.
