Saddle Rock Legal Group in Draper, UT is hiring a full-time Salesforce Developer to lead the charge in building innovative, scalable solutions that power our legal tech operations. As our Salesforce Developer, you'll earn a competitive salary of $150,000–$170,000 per year , depending on experience. Additionally, you can also enjoy the following benefits and perks :

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.

As our Salesforce Developer, you'll design and build custom Salesforce solutions, integrate systems, lead technical direction, and mentor junior developers. You'll also own the testing process-creating and executing test cases, tracking bugs, and ensuring quality across releases. Your day will be filled with collaboration, innovation, and the satisfaction of seeing your work drive real results.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SALESFORCE DEVELOPER?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuring workflows, process automation, and security settings
  • Familiarity with data modeling, SOQL, and Salesforce data management best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with CI / CD tools for Salesforce deployments (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce managed packages and AppExchange solutions
  • Industry experience in legal, healthcare, or Saas
