What We’re Looking For

2+ years of multi-family property management experience

Experience in a fast-paced office and leading a large staff

Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Experience with Entrata software (preferred)

A passion for resident satisfaction and community excellence

Your Role At Allora

Oversee day-to-day operations to drive occupancy and financial performance

Lead and support leasing, maintenance, and office staff

Manage budget, expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations

Conduct regular property inspections and control delinquency

Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations

Prepare accurate and timely reporting
