We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Iowa, starting on Sep 1, 2025. This full-time role involves shifts from 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, focusing on advanced radiotherapy procedures. Immediate start available post-credentialing with potential for temporary privileges. Job Details Location : Iowa Start Date : Sep 1, 2025 LOA : 60 days Provider Type Needed : Radiation Oncologist Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM Responsibilities and Duties Perform conventional and 3D radiotherapy. Administer external beam radiation including IMRT, IGRT, and 3D-CRT. Conduct Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) and Stereotactic Radiosurgery. Provide Photon Beam Radiation Therapy and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy. Utilize Aria EMR system for documentation and management of patient records. Additional Information Board certification in Radiation Oncology required. Must hold an active Iowa medical license or be actively licensed by the IMLC. COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory. Candidates should be local or within driving distance.
