Associate Labor & Employment Attorney - Houston

An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a  Associate Labor & Empolyment Attorney  to join their team full-time.

Experience and or interest in laobor and employment work is desired with 3-7 years expereince overall wanted.

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based year-end bonuses.

Skills and Requirements :

• Applicants must live in Texas and be able to work full-time in office in Houston
• TX bar liscence in good standing
• Experience and / or interest in labor and employment law
• 3-7 years experience practicing law - in Texas preferably
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
• Ability to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
• Professional, organized and collegial
