PT Weekend Leasing Agent – Sand Creek Flats in Jordan MN
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced weekend Leasing Agent for a 72-unit apartment building in Jordan, MN.
Weekend Hours (Saturday 10 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM and Sunday 12 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 PM)
Leasing Agent Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads
- Outreach to prospective tenants
- Show & lease apartments
- Help prospects find the right apartment home
- Interact with residents & take work orders
- Follow up on apartment leads
- Assist with Move ins and Move outs & maintain resident files
- Other duties as assigned by property / resident manager
- Yardi experience is preferred, but not required
Leasing Agent Qualifications and Skills
Weekend Hours (Saturday 10 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM and Sunday 12 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 PM)
20-22 per hour, plus commission on leases
Part-time employees receive paid sick & safe time
