Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support and lead key process improvements in our high-tech production facility. This is an onsite role based in Anaheim, CA, where you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, programming advanced machinery, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and improve scalable manufacturing processes.
  • Program and support CNC lasers, press brakes, and Hurco machines using G-code.
  • Utilize PEP software for production planning and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, QA, and project management teams.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and manufacturing equipment.
  • Monitor key metrics and apply data-driven continuous improvement strategies.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues in real-time.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Proficient in programming Hurco machines and writing / editing G-code.
  • Experience with CNC laser and press brake operations.
  • Familiarity with PEP and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in CAD / CAM software.
  • Trained in AS9100, ISO, and ITAR compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
