Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search seeks an associate 5+ years of experience with substantial experience representing private equity sponsors in M&A and other investment transactions and other portfolio company work. Candidates must have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, supervising and training junior associates, and managing deal execution. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required.
