The Operations Manager (OM) is essential to the success of the company, overseeing the execution of projects and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. This role focuses on managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating resources, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

The Operations Manager is also responsible for driving efficiency, supporting financial performance through disciplined job costing and project management, and leading field and administrative teams to deliver outstanding service. By ensuring smooth operations and high-quality project execution, the OM plays a key role in strengthening client satisfaction and sustaining the companys reputation for excellence. This onsite role requires a strong presence across field teams, job coordination, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily field operations, including job scheduling, compliance, materials procurement, and equipment readiness.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
• Improve processes for job tracking, documentation, and reporting using restoration software (e.g., Xactimate, Dash).
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards, OSHA regulations, and insurance carrier requirements.
