Quality Assurance Administrator

The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for supporting quality assurance specialists by ensuring compliance with company standards and facilitating the production process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batch records and labels, and issue them along with raw materials to begin production.
• Conduct non-conformance investigations.
• Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality system standards.
• Compile data to support the trending program.
• File completed records, including batch records, on-site training records, validations, calibration records, and qualification records.
• Audit previous batch records.
• Document compliance and generate reports.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM, performed in an office setting with a laptop. Personal protective equipment such as gowns and hair nets is required when handling raw materials. The environment can be loud at times, and work is conducted in a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL 2) lab. No heavy lifting is involved.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
