About This Opportunity

As an Operations Team Lead youll assist in leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities for the assigned shift including that all resources are assigned in a manner to meet or exceed safety quality customer service and cost objectives.

Essential Functions

Youll have opportunities to speak up solve problems lead others and be an owner every day as you..

• Back up the Operations Supervisorin their absence.
• Ensure team members including temporary employees understand job instructions safety requirements and quality guidelines.
• Identify document and develop solution(s) to workflow problems and issues.
• Lead and coordinate all teams and / or activities for the shift to ensure safety quality customer expectations and cost objectives are met.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
• ProvidetheOperations Supervisor with feedback on team member performance.
• Report customer service employee safety equipment or facility issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Review daily team assignments to ensure that each team is staffed appropriately.
• Update and maintain the schedule to meet customer demand / expectation and / or any information tracking for reports and spreadsheets.
