What You Will Be Doing
- Identifies DBE and / or SBE requirements in contract documents and administers setup of project specific documentation to include state / federal reporting requirements.
- Coordinates with various departments to implement processes for collecting data necessary for DBE and / or SBE reporting.
- Develops custom reporting to acquire necessary DBE and / or SBE information in JDE E1, TAP and DAS systems.
- Compiles and analyzes subpays, invoices, trucking tickets, lease agreements and other relevant documentation for DBEs and / or SBEs and ensures documentation is complete, accurate and in compliance with requirements.
- Coordinates with project management team for the tracking of cost codes to ensure accurate DBE and / or SBE reporting.
- Prepares DBE and / or SBE reporting for assigned project sites and reconciles data prior to distribution for review and approval.
- Inputs subcontractor / supplier payment information into owner required Payment Reporting systems, as required.
- Assists in the implementation of Commercially Use Function (CUF) evaluations in accordance with owner requirements.
- Updates and maintains DBE / SBE reporting and supporting documentation library.
- Regularly monitors the certification status of DBE and / or SBE firms to confirm eligibility.
- Tracks overall DBE, SBE, DVBE and other certifications metrics for utilization in proposals.
- Periodically attends and provides support at industry and outreach events to network and engage with DBE and / or SBE firms.
What We Are Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required.3+ years' experience in the construction industry, supplier, accounting, Small Business (SBE), Disadvantaged Business (DBE) experience required.Able to manage many deliverables simultaneously.Able to travel periodically throughout the region to meet with project management teams and for industry and outreach networking events.Why Work For Us
