Key Responsibilities : Business Development

• Identify and establish connections with dental practices, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and other key industry players to promote Crown's uniform rental and related services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a robust sales strategy aimed at exceeding territory revenue goals.
• Proactively engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, in-person visits, and digital outreach efforts.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing customized offerings, such as hygienically clean uniforms that enhance the professional image and safety of dental offices.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and securing referrals to foster continuous business growth.
