Join brandRUSSO as an Office & Marketing Coordinator and play a pivotal role in a fast‑paced environment. You will manage daily office operations, support marketing initiatives, coordinate interns, and oversee our downtown WORKspace.
We are looking for a self‑starter who can balance administrative efficiency with creative marketing support. From handling invoices to scheduling social media posts, managing the coworking space, and supporting the team, you’ll be at the center of it all—helping brandRUSSO grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
Oversee office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Assist with event planning, company meetings, and team coordination.
Marketing Support
Support marketing campaigns, social media, newsletters, and email outreach.
Assist in creating promotional materials and digital content.
Conduct research to support marketing and business development initiatives.
Downtown WORKspace Coordination
Manage daily operations of brandRUSSO’s downtown WORKspace.
Oversee desk and office rentals, maintain occupancy schedules, and handle member inquiries.
Ensure the space remains clean, organized, and fully functional.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Plan and oversee community engagement activities, networking events, and workshops.
Promote the WORKspace through marketing efforts and outreach.
Accounting Support
Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial record‑keeping.
Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with office management tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, QuickBooks).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience managing interns, coworking spaces, or office rentals is a plus.
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events or workshops.
