Responsibilities :

As the General Manager, you will be the leader at the center of the property, guiding all aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include :

Leading, training, and scheduling the hospitality and restaurant staff.

Guiding the daily operations of both the restaurant and guest cabins.

Managing the business's financial performance, including budgets and daily financial reports.

Overseeing inventory, ordering, and relationships with vendors.

Ensuring the property, cabins, and grounds are well-maintained and ready for guests.

Serving as a visible, active leader; assisting your team and engaging with guests to ensure a great experience.

Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Skills :

Experience with financial forecasting or advanced budgeting is a plus, but not a requirement.

Education : High School

Experience : 4-7 years

Qualifications :

few years of management experience in a hospitality setting (such as a restaurant, resort, or hotel).

A proven ability to lead and develop a positive, service-focused team.

Good organizational skills for managing schedules, budgets, and inventory.

The ability to work a flexible schedule, as this role includes evenings and weekends to support the team.
