Information Technology Project Manager

Requirements :

• 3–5+ years in IT project management
• Strong technical background, especially with Delphi app integrations (preferred)
• Experience implementing readerboard systems for catering, conferences, and conventions
• Familiarity with FourWinds (Poppulo) and transition from Uniguest (preferred)
• Full life-cycle budgeting experience from GL Codes through forecasting
• Waterfall and Agile experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Polished, professional demeanor
• Enterprise level hospitality and gaming industry experience

This IT Project Manager will act as the central liaison between Convention Services, Sales, and IT (specifically AV) to lead the implementation of a new readerboard system. The role requires managing the transition from legacy platforms like Uniguest to FourWinds (Poppulo), ensuring seamless integration and stakeholder alignment. Success in this role hinges not only on technical expertise but also on exceptional soft skills - clear, confident communication and a polished, professional presence are essential. The PM will be expected to navigate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and foster collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
