My Guardian Estate is seeking a highly organized and personable
Marketing Associate / Office Administrator
to join our onsite team. This position plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional client experience—both as the welcoming face of the firm and as the operational backbone supporting daily activities.

Compensation : $45,000 - $50,000 + Bonus Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for monthly seminar events (approximately four per month), including location selection, collaboration with the marketing META team, invitation management, and materials preparation
Attend seminars, manage event confirmations and follow-ups, and update leads in the CRM
Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional in-office experience
Manage office calendars, appointments, and communications (phone, email, in-person)
Support advisors and leadership with meeting preparation and event coordination
Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or leadership experience, or a relevant college degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with standard technology tools (email, calendars, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Experience with
Canva
preferred
Prior client-facing or customer service experience highly desirable
Background in financial services or retirement planning a plus
Coachable, dependable, and motivated to learn and grow
