We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our project management and engineering teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial engineering projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating resources, scheduling activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation through completion.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Identify and help mitigate risks or issues affecting project timelines and outcomes.
• Prepare internal and client-facing project updates and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

Work Environment

Work in a comfortable office setting with a 1st shift schedule from 8am to 4 : 30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ontario, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
