Position Type : Full-Time (4-day workweek)
Wolinsky Primary Care is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Medical Biller & Coder to join our dedicated team. We are a patient-centered primary care clinic that values compassion, efficiency, and excellence in care both clinically and administratively. Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately code patient services using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines
- Submit and track insurance claims, appeals, and rejections
- Verify patient eligibility and benefits
- Perform regular audits to ensure coding compliance
- Communicate with insurance providers, patients, and staff regarding billing issues
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
