- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure successful production and delivery of components
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electronics design to incorporate into future vehicle development projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for electronics design and manufacturing
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies to increase the efficiency and quality of products
- Collaborate with external partners and academic institutions to foster innovation and drive research in electronics design
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in electronics design
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
