We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Compensation :
11 - $13 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
- Contact housekeeping and / or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance so as to minimize out of order rooms
- Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift
- Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.
Qualifications :
Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.About Company
